Conditions Générales de Vente | ConvertNative

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ConvertNative and its clients for the provision of mobile application development services and push notifications.

2. Services offered

ConvertNative provides native iOS and Android mobile application development services, including design, development, store deployment, and intelligent push notification systems.

3. Orders

Any service order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The order is confirmed upon signing the quote and payment of the agreed deposit.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in euros, excluding tax. A 30% deposit is required upon ordering, 40% upon design approval, and 30% upon delivery. Payments are due within 30 days by bank transfer.

5. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates. ConvertNative undertakes to make every effort to meet the agreed deadlines, without this constituting a guarantee of result.

6. Intellectual property

The client becomes the owner of the application source code upon final delivery and complete payment. ConvertNative retains the rights to its proprietary frameworks and tools.

7. Warranties

ConvertNative guarantees that services delivered conform to the approved specifications. A 3-month warranty is included to fix any bugs or malfunctions.

8. Liability

ConvertNative's liability is limited to the total amount invoiced for the project. ConvertNative shall not be held liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

9. Termination

In the event of a serious breach by either party of its obligations, the other party may terminate the contract after formal notice has remained without effect for 15 days.

10. Confidentiality

The parties undertake to keep confidential all information exchanged within the scope of the project, during the term of the contract and for 5 years thereafter.

11. Personal data

ConvertNative undertakes to process personal data in compliance with the GDPR. Clients retain ownership of their data and may request its deletion at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
